Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint both Corporate and Funds lawyers to join their office in Luxembourg. The firms' funds team are seen as a market leader, their client base is both regional and international, they specialise in formation, restructuring and closure both in distressed and planned scenarios, regulatory enforcement and advising on regulated and unregulated funds.

The team are seeking a lawyers with 5+ years' experience in the relevant sectors. You must have experience in either;
  • Investment funds,
  • UCITS and alternative investments (including real estate and infrastructure funds)
  • Banking
  • Assets
  • Regulatory work
  • Hedge funds
  • Private equity
  • Joint ventures
  • Due diligence
  • Mergers and acquisitions
