Marks Sattin are working closely with a successful group who are looking to bring on board an Interim Finance Manager to help make improvements to processes, which could turn in to a permanent role. The business is based in Yorkshire but is working from home.
The role
The Finance Manager will have a key role within a high performing fast paced team responsible for management reports, driving continuous improvement and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.

The role

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for co-ordination and delivery of the management reporting process
- Play a key role in supporting senior management and stakeholders
- Ad-hoc operational and financial analysis
- Responsible for the management and development of Finance team members
- Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and functioning effectively
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience required:
- Fully Qualified accountant CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- 5 years post qualified experience
- Ability to manage complex processes with multiple inputs
- Experienced managing a team, motivating others for high performance
- First class stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mind-set with a proven track record of improvement / setting up new processes.
