Head of Programmes, GBP75,000, Dorset/Wiltshire
Role purpose
As Head of Programmes you'll own the infrastructure programme roll–outs for our fast–growing, well–established, quirkily good, lightning fast, full fibre broadband internet providing client??? phew!
As Head of Programmes you'll:
* Own programme delivery
* Own the budgets
* Ensure legislative, safety etc. compliance
* Create unambiguous project documentation
* Get on with internal and external stakeholders
* Present effectively and have good interpersonal skills
Your background (ideally) means you'll have:
* Successfully managed/led relevant projects
* Set up and run project planning and management software
* Led empowered and motivated multi–discipline teams delivering complex solutions
* Effectively maintained relationships with Customers, Highways, Council Authorities, Local Communities???
* Had to manage conflicting priorities, negotiate, think critically and developed long term partnerships
* Managed risk
