An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Unitised Curtain Walling Project Manager, to work for a leading player in UK marketplace.
My client have been delivering unitised packages across most industry sectors up to GBP45million in value, including high–rise towers topping 40+ storey's.
Coupled with project delivery, the ideal person will be instrumental in work winning, working closely with the business development department, as well as technically and commercially astute.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Ensure assigned project specifications are followed, create and maintain project schedules, all materials are ordered and engineering releases are completed correctly
Analysis, interpret and plans the most effective and cost–efficient way of meeting project specifications by considering budget, schedules, personnel and technical project requirements
Allocate costs for the project within the estimated budget and reviews re–estimates with the MD/OD Operations monthly
Establishes and maintains project schedules and logs from RFI's, change orders etc
Prepare, revise and complete project specific documentation
Ensure the proper setup of project schedules, monitor them and resolves any delays to ensure timely completion according to requirements
Communicate status and resolves any issues between principle contractor and/or developer, outside vendors and internal teams
Depending on the calibre of the candidate, you're looking top end GBP110k salary plus package for the right person.
