Network Construction Services is currently recruiting Framework Project Manager based in London for a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of project lifecycle, from bidding stage through design, mobilisation, construction, completion, handover and final account
* Act as a focus for internal and external resources and manage them to secure and deliver projects on the framework
* Build effective relationships with Network Rail's framework team
* Co–ordinate bidding activity to deliver bids on time and to required standard
* Provide technical and planning expertise to bid, including scheduling
* Manage the design and approval process in conjunction with appointed design team
* Capable of writing project delivery plans, work package plans and documentation needed to mobilise a project
* Able to implement requirements of client's Principal Contractor Licence
* Ensure projects are managed to meet requirements for Health and Safety, Quality and Environment – through creating the right culture in the team
* Line management of project resources include client staff, agency staff, workforce, subcontractors
* Representing the company at project and framework meetings with Network Rail
* Arranging track access and supporting Safety Critical Staff in accordance with Network Rail's procedures
* Monthly progress, cost reporting and forecasting in conjunction with Commercial Manager through CVR process
Specific competencies:
* PTS (essential)
* MICE (preferred)
