Project Manager required on a consultancy basis, to oversee the re–development of two key strategic sites in Telford.
The projects are:
• Re–development of 130 existing flats into circa 74 new homes – Estimated value GBP13m
• Re–development of former College into circa 74 new homes for older persons, consisting of circa 64 apartments and 10 bungalows – Estimated value GBP14m
Both projects are aiming to secure planning permission by Autumn 2021.
We are looking for quotes from a Project Manager resource to lead both projects to the point where they have secured a full planning permission.
The decant of the existing flats will be managed by the Housing Group, but the demolition aspect would need to be managed by the Project Manager in conjunction with their partners, including securing all required permissions and liaison with utility companies where necessary.
