We are looking to appoint a Senior Project Programme Manager/ Head of Business Transformation.

What will the Senior Project Programme Manager/ Head of Business Transformation do?
The ICT and Business Intelligence Team are a fundamental part of the smooth running of First Choice Homes Oldham. Working closely with and supporting Managers and Directors responsible for all aspects of Technology and Data within the organisation
The successful candidate will lead on FCHO Portfolio management and all elements of FCHO Project management. To deliver a wide range of projects focussed on improving our management of properties and the delivery of support services to our tenants. Ensuring that projects follow a standard methodology with effective prioritisation, alignment to FCHO Strategy and that aims and outcomes are achieved.
You will have excellent communication skills to ensure each directorate has the support required to effectively prioritise its change initiatives and ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved. Contributing to developing First Choice Homes approach to designing and delivering customer focussed improvements, and targeted service propositions, improving FCHO knowledge and use of customer insight, user experience testing.
You will be charged with helping to drive FCHO adoption of digital technologies to support business objectives, increased customer satisfaction and efficiencies.
What's in it for You?
Salary: The salary is GBP60,000, but there may be more for an exceptional candidate that can demonstrate a successful track record in this function.
Hours: 37 (FT Mon to Fri)
Employment status: Fixed Term (12 Months)
