We are looking to appoint an Operational Change Manager.

What will the Operational Change Manager do?

The ICT and Business Intelligence Team are a fundamental part of the smooth running of First Choice Homes Oldham. Working closely with and supporting Managers and Directors responsible for all aspects of Technology and Data within the organisation

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Operations Change across FCHO.

As Operational Change Manager, you will work across the organisation to help teams identify current and future needs, articulate requirements, identify solutions and forecast the likely benefits of change. You will communicate effectively between and within teams, adding value by providing independent analysis and challenge.

You will help develop and implement a digital strategy, working closely with all areas of the business to identify opportunities to utilise digital in the way we provide services to our customers.

You will form a critical part of the delivery of transformation projects, from developing realistic business cases, identifying effective solutions and ensuring that the scope of delivery is well defined and that business benefits are realised, with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will help to embed successful change within the operational areas, making it easier for colleagues to do their work and for customers to access our services.

What's in it for You?

Salary: GBP40,233 – GBP41,754 per annum. There may be more available for an exceptional candidate

Hours: 37 (FT Mon to Fri)
