My client is a High Growth, Private Equity backed Internet Services Provider. They have recently received a GBP1billion investment to expand their business from 300 to 1500 employees in the next 2 years.
This is an exciting time to join an ambitious organisation as they scale up and deliver their 5 year business plan.
Located in Central London I am looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner who will report directly into the HR Director. Your key focus will to be influence and manage key stakeholders and advise on all areas HR including employee, relations, advising on stakeholder change, performance, developing HR policies and procedures as well as crafting, implementing and delivering HR Strategy.
Initially this role will work alongside 2 other HRBP's but will then have the responsibility for hiring a team of 10 direct reports.
I am looking for a true business partner who is commercial and pragmatic. You will have strong communication skills and influencing skills, the gravitas and credibility to engage with all levels of the business. You have a can do attitude and be happy to roll your sleeve up and get stuck in . A passion for performance coaching and management at all levels, excellent analytical skills coupled with s strategic and visionary approach.
If you have strong TUPE experience coupled with experience of working with policy, procedures and strategy as an HRBP or equivalent within the telecoms or construction sector, I would love to hear from you.
