Our client is a lead M&E contractor offering their partners creative environments within the built environment. They have a current vacancy for a Commercial Director to join its dynamic team in the North–West and are offering an excellent remuneration package for this role along with fantastic career prospects.
The Role and its Responsibilities
* Overall control of circa GBP200M turnover
* Responsible for up to 4 Commercial Managers
* Working alongside the board of Directors
* Reporting P&L on all accounts
* Vetting contracts
* Contract agreement
* Settling and negotiating of projects
* Disputes & resolutions
* Working to provide support to the work winning teams
* Engaging with the client and main contractors
* Ensuring the business is protected throughout the project lifecycles
* Recruitment and selection of Commercial Manager and commercial staff
The Individual
Due to the high level of this role within the company, our client is looking for an individual who is fully experienced in a Commercial Directors position. You must have excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and organisational skills to succesfully fulfill this role to its best potential.
Skills and Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent industry qualification
* Strong commercial awareness
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment
* Solid Excel and IT knowledge
Salary and Package
GBP90–120K plus bonus, car allowance, healthcare and pension
