Due to continued success in winning new contracts and ambitions for further growth, they are now looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Design Manager to join their busy team in Nottinghamshire as Head of Design.
Their ideal candidate will already possess:
* A minimum of 15 years industry experience.
* Significant experience as No.1 Design Manager – leading design on large scale projects.
* Previous experience with Tier 1 main contractors – essential.
* Varied construction project experience such as: education, residential, hotels, student accommodation etc,
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong technically.
* Stable employment history
* Degree / diploma qualified.
