Director of Account Based Marketing

Role
As the Account Based Marketing (ABM) Director, you will lead the strategy, planning, development, and execution of account–based marketing programs that span across our target account model. Including new accounts, existing accounts and account acceleration.

Responsibilities

Lead the global ABM program strategy working closely with sales and key stakeholders
Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations around the framework for the tiered accounts
Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure the ABM strategy is being rolled out
Be an advisor and owner of the ABM tech supplier relationships
Work hand–in–hand with our global field programs team on the 1: many approach and our Regional Field and Partner leads on the 1:1 and 1:few approach
Close alignment with Global Partner Marketing organisastion around the ABM partner framework
Collaborate with marketing operations on developing the appropriate marketing metrics for these accounts, including visibility into campaign results and effectiveness, account penetration and engagement, lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account
Implement and manage acquisition and engagement campaigns in collaboration with design, digital, and marketing operations teams while managing and adhering to the budget allocation for ABM tactics
Help to establish, forecast, and report against key ABM success metrics
Requirements

B2B marketing demand generation experience, preferably marketing SaaS products
Strategic and tactical Account Based Marketing experience for Enterprise B2B organizations
Experience in setting up and rolling out an ABM strategy
Experience running ABM campaigns and programs that directly contribute to pipeline growth using the modern marketer tools and channels including but not limited to list building and targeting, live and virtual events, webinars, microsites, account based ads, content syndication, direct mail, and social network targeting
Experience in marketing and CRM tech stack, e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, Asana, and Seismic
Data–driven marketer with demonstrated results with campaign performance optimization
Problem–solving, analytical approach (e.g. A/B testing) to planning and executing campaigns that drive performance and ROI
Solid understanding of the different functions of marketing, and ability to forge strong relationships with other functions
Proficiency in audience segmentation, persona development, and content mapping to the buyer's journey.
Ability to take product marketing messaging and iterate copy to support content creation for campaign execution and pipeline growth
Strong project management skills
High energy and ability to thrive in a fast–paced, growth environment
