Advancing People are looking for strong Business Development Managers for their communications Bedford based client who are looking to get off to great 2021 start!
Are you hungry for challenge?
Do you have a minimum of 1 years Sales experience and keen to get into your next role?
Then this could be the opportunity for you along with a very realistic OTE of GBP25K to GBP40K pa uncapped
About the role....
* Contacting existing and potential new customers via the telephone, to develop sales opportunities for our field–based sales team.
* Making a high volume of calls to both existing and potential new customers, mixing a high level of call quality with good old–fashioned hard work.
* Educating both existing and potential new customers of the numerous and exciting changes happening in the communications industry.
* Working towards and exceeding your own individual targets and therefore helping the team and business succeed too.
* Utilise a variety of internal and external systems to help you plan, prepare and deliver against your targets.
Your experience....
* You will have at least 1 year's telephone–based experience in one of the following area's / job roles – Business Development, Lead generation, sales or Recruitment.
* A positive 'can do' attitude.
* Personable, with the ability to hold natural telephone conversations with people of all statures and professional positions.
* Be excited by the opportunity to join an ever changing and fast paced industry and ready to undertake training to learn all about our products and services.
* Motivated by the prospect of working toward and exceeding set targets.
* Experienced in using Microsoft office and be computer literate.
Your rewards...
* Starting salary of up to GBP20K pa (Further progression available within 6 months).
* Realistic and achievable on target earnings of between GBP25K to GBP40K pa, through monthly bonus / commission structure.
* Additional monthly rewards and incentives, including; Holidays, iPads, on target half day early finish Friday's, mobile phones, additional paid holiday, free lunches and more.
* 20 days holiday allowance (Plus bank holidays). Increasing by one day per year of service, up to 25 days per annum. Plus, you also receive your Birthday as an additional day off too!
