Senior Project Manager – Construction
Midlands
GBP75k – GBP85k plus package and bonus
The company are a Major Tier 1 contractor operating out of Midlands. Due to successfully tendering for a number of projects, they are looking to expand their workforce on the operational side to accommodate growth.
They undertake projects across many sectors including; Commercial, Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Industrial sectors with values ranging anywhere from GBP25million to GBP100 million.
As a Tier 1 Contractor, the firm have built up an impressive blue chip client list resulting in a high level of repeat business.
Senior Project Manager Duties:
As Senior Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for delivering projects up to GBP50million (dependent on your own experience level).
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the client relationship from start to finish, ensuring effective communication is maintained.
Working with any design issues as they arise.
Weekly/Monthly meetings with subcontractors.
Controlling all commercial aspects of each project from inception through to completion
Head up client meetings and associated issues
Put in place Health & Safety plans
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accountsAs Project Manager, you will be required to be a self–motivated individual that is autonomous in your role, whilst being able to drive subcontractors.
The Senior Project Manager Package
You will have the opportunity to earn up to GBP80,000 as a base salary with the addition of a car allowance, along with other benefits such as pension, healthcare, life insurance etc.
