The position of Head of Copy based in The Midlands has been simply designed to act as a brand editorial guardian, engaging customers through true story telling.

About the role:

Shape, define and execute the editorial strategy
Shape and define TOV ensuring consistency across all channels
Coach, inspire and lead a large team to improve copy and content across all channels
Lead team to achieve agreed KPI's such as engagement rate, editorial reach, increase in search through regular blogs, and much more!
Establish exceptional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistency across channels whilst also raising the profile of the team and subsequent capability/impact
Brig to life value proposition through story tellingAbout you:

The ideal candidate will have a background in journalism (fashion and/or home), combined with multichannel experience
Exceptional leadership skills, knowing how to coach and inspire large teams
A genuine passion about homewares/fashion
Commercially astute with the ability to articulate the commercial return to the investment behind editorial
