Job Title: Head of Partner Sales, Head of Channel Sales

Package: GBP90,000 – GBP100,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE (GBP170k) + Car Allowance + Benefits
The Role:
This is a brand–new Head of Partner Sales/ Head of Channel Sales position, charged with devising and rolling out a brand new channel strategy. You will be representing an award–winning, and constantly growing and evolving portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions, as this company continues its rapid growth by acquisition. In the first 12 months you will recruit your own team as this client is truly invested in their Partner Strategy.
The Candidate:
We are interested in hearing from sales leaders with experience and a demonstrable track record in:
• Selling software and service solutions
• Experience of working in partner relationships
• Proven and successful sales experience at managing resources and complex, multi–dimensional sales efforts, both at the customer level and corporate environment.
• Knowledge of the HR and Payroll / Accountancy / FinTech/ Education profession, professional services or generic IT software products would be advantageous.
• Ability to create and present effective sales presentations at exec level
• Sales Leadership – to include both strategy and team coaching
The Package:
Depending on experience, the package for this Head of Partner Sales role will be in the region of GBP90,000 – GBP100,000 basic salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE (GBP170k).
