Project Manager
Due to company expansion and an increase in number of large projects, RHL have a requirement for a Project Manager working for their client who are leading innovators within the Soil and Stabilisation Industry.
As the majority of the Projects will be taking place anywhere in the UK, the Project Manager can be based anywhere in the country, they will however be required to regularly visit the office near Reading and spend time working wherever the projects are located.
We are ideally looking for Project Managers who have recent and demonstrable experience working on Ground works / Civil projects or within heavy construction.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:
Overall delivery of site operations / site teams and engineers.
Project Scheduling
Coordination of site teams
Client liaison, management and meetings
Commercial and profitability of reporting on projects
Quality assurance
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, in budget and to specificationExperience required:
Recent and demonstrable Project Management experience managing Civil / Construction projects of all sizes
Excellent IT skills with MS Office software packages
Managing Budgets
Producing detailed Reports
A natural forward planner who is comfortable communicating with their colleagues and external companies
A logical and organised individual who makes responsible decisions
Hold a CSCS Card and Driving Licence
