An excellent opportunity on offer for a Project Manager, with knowledge of sub–metering or energy monitoring equipment , looking to play a crucial part within a global expanding company that will offer you the chance to lead the London project management team.

Have you got commercial project management experience? Have you got a strong track record of completing projects effectively and efficiently?

This company are well established and they specialise in providing energy management services in commercial properties. The company have a remarkable blue chip client base and have been expanding year upon year and they pride themselves on their high quality service. Due to continuing success they need a Project manager to head up their team in the London office.

In this role you will be responsible for visiting sites and managing the commercial projects from start through to completion. You will be in charge of the project management team and ensuring timescales are kept under tight control and budgets are transparent. You will need to ensure there is minimal disruption to client operations throughout the project.

The Role:

* Project Manager
* Managing commercial sub–metering/energy monitoring equipment projects
* Office based but with infrequent trips to the European projects

The Person:

* Project Manager
* Knowledge in sub–metering (electricity, water, gas, thermal etc) and an understanding how these are installed, connected and integrated into monitoring system.
* Looking for future career development
* Happy to travel to Europe from time to time
