Anti-Social Behaviour Lawyer

Junior Housing Lawyer opportunity has arisen at a popular local authority in London.

This locum assignment will be working on a remote basis and will be an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend.

Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who holds good Housing law experience, particualrly in the area of Anti-Social behaviour. This role would suit a legal professional who is looking to gain experience working within Local Authority, whether this be a newly qualified lawyer or a legally qualified individual from a private practice background.

The majority of the work will be based around ASB, where your work will include:

• Providing clear legal advice to client departments, both written and verbally
• Investigating and taking action on ASB reports
• Preparing proceedings (injunctions & possessions) in court
• Applying for injunctions relating to the ASB reports

We are keen to hear from experienced and newly qualified Lawyers from both public sector and private practice backgrounds.
