Our client, a leading Investment bank with a worldwide presence, are seeing an experienced Scottish-based Commercial Contracts Lawyer (NQ to 7 years PQE) for a temporary contract to be extended on a rolling basis.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts. Must have experience in negotiating and drafting:
- Service level agreements, - Terms of business -General commercial contracts.
Residence in either Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounds, or ability to relocate tois essential.
