Head of Sales – Branded FMCG | Oxfordshire | Home and Garden Products | GBP60–70,000 plus package

Zachary Daniels are working with an exciting design led home & garden brand for a newly created role leading the UK & International sales team as a Head of Sales – Branded FMCG.

For nearly 30 years this design & product led company is known for simple, stunning design with high quality products that stand the test of time. The focus is to design and produce functional products for the home and garden, without having to compromise on style.

The newly created Head of Sales – Branded FMCG will oversee the current B2B business and partnerships. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering sales plans and identifying new and innovative ways to grow the wholesale channels. The right candidate will thrive in a fast–paced work environment and will embrace solving complex challenges

THE ROLE:

Establish and execute a comprehensive wholesale roadmap that aligns with the overall company growth strategy
Develop and lead the UK & International wholesale strategy
Identify new business opportunities, pitch and manage negotiations for new wholesale partners, and evaluate relationships with existing partners
Oversee wholesale P&L – sales, margin and expenses for the businessTHE PERSON:

Will have a proven track record growing sales across established Uk & international brands and Independent retailers.
You will have a track record of success in growing a multiple product business within the consumer sector. An inspirational leader able to translate wider objectives into relevant strategies and action plans.
Can balance the highly strategic element with the hands on nature of running a sales team in an entrepreneurial & product led business.
The ability to widen the commercial scope of the business will be a key attribute in this role.
