Are you a Recruitment Business Partner or Recruitment Manager with RPO/ In house experience looking to develop in your career in a more strategic and consultative role as a field–based Resourcing Business Partner for a leading client?

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Resourcing Business Partner to work alongside our Account Director for one of our key clients to be their brand ambassador for our services.
Aligned to one of our newest clients, you will be responsible for the development and welfare of the relationship as well as the strategic development of services and Omni's value proposition, supporting the Account Director with retention, growth & development of the account. You will identify and promote opportunities and develop ideas for Value Added Services to the client and identify future recruitment requirements which support their business objectives. You will also support HR and hiring managers with resource planning and work with the Resourcing Team to attract the very best fit people for the client.
To be successful for this rare and exciting opportunity, you will be in a client facing, resourcing partnering role ideally with RPO/ In House or Internal recruitment experience. You will have workforce planning experience and be an exceptional communicator with the ability to provide a consultative and honest service to our clients. You will have a track record of building and developing relationships with key stakeholders within both HR and operations, using research, knowledge and influence to deliver solutions and continuous improvement for the client's resourcing challenges.
Above all, you will share our passion for effecting change to really change the way organisations recruit.
