Project Manager/Project Lead (Financial Services, Regulatory, SaaS) -

Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 (D.O.E) pa + Benefits

The Client:

This is an exciting chance to join an established Software Specialist that operate within the global Financial Services markets. They have a very strong track record and reputation in delivering their services through a SaaS platform powered by an innovative combination of AI and proprietary data ontology to some of the largest financial institutions globally.

The Role:

Due to very strong recent success and growth, they are looking to recruit 2 Software Delivery Project Managers to define and implement a world class standard of regulatory intelligence and change for the financial services industry. This role will involve the leadership and ownership of end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking and exceptional delivery. Ensuring unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectation and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationship.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in enterprise-level deployment of and customer onboarding to SaaS platforms for financial services firms.
• Proven-track record working on solution architecture roles across business, compliance and technology in banking/insurance sector.
• Project management and delivery of change and technology transformation within the financial sector; in particular, regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, waterfall).
• Experience of using agile delivery tools such as JIRA, etc.
• Experience working with data models, architecture, taxonomies, data lineage, etc.
• Experience with ontology models and Artificial Intelligence tools, interacting with machine and supervised learning models/outputs and providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to data scientists, would be advantageous
• Understanding of how to operationalise new operating models, technology and processes for the financial services sector.
• Prior experience working in consulting firms and/or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of financial services regulations (eg MIFID II and FRTB. SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, CSDR, etc).

Desirable skills:

• SCRUM qualifications would be beneficial.
• Degree education
