EUC Business Analyst/SME
International Banking Group - Contract
GBP450 - GBP550/day PAYE (Inside IR35)
Central London (Initial Home Working Expected)

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years in addition to already having recruited into this team, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Contract EUC Business Analyst/SME.
This position will be responsible for the development of End-User Computing Management Framework; but will also be required to support similar initiative for the Access Management Framework.

Key Skills
*Experience of framework development and deployment
*Understanding of key regulatory and other framework guidance around EUC management (eg EBA-ICT, FFIEC, NIST, COBIT, FCA etc.)
*EUC Management experience with business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation experience in a financial services environment
*Definition, assessment, and governance of process, procedures, and controls for EUC
*Proven experience on EUC governance
*A detailed and proven understanding of EUC management within highly complex environments.
*Proven understanding of current best practice approach to security assurance and the application of security frameworks
*Planning and prioritizing multiple work streams in response to rapidly developing and changing portfolios
*Experience with business analysis, solution design in other cybersecurity domains

Job Role
*Working closely with the PM to deliver per schedule
*Review audit and regulatory issues raised identified around EUC management framework
*Work with BAU teams across various regions to identify and obtain existing documentation relating to EUC Mgt.
*Review existing EUC Mgt. documentation
*Establish where the controls apply per region and document the differences in regions.
*Collate Regional information and review outcome
*Revise the processes for managing EUC
*Create new documentation
*Assess new documentation against required audit points
*Devise new framework structure
*Circulate new framework/documentation for review and feedback
*Produce final document set
*Obtain sign-off and approvals for new documentation
*Carry out relevant training across the region to introduce the new framework
*Publish and communicate new documentation
*Prepare and submit Project closure report
*Support similar initiative on the access management framework.
