Change Manager- (ServiceNow/ITIL/Implementation/Change)
Methods require the services of a Change Manager to work on a large ServiceNow implementation programme within central government. This will be a mixture of remote working and onsite in London. Outside IR35
- Prepare, document, and implement the Change Management process, policy, and key principles across the organisation.
- Demonstrates a clear knowledge of Change Management, with practical experience in assessing, analysing, developing, documenting, and implementing change processes and procedures
- Demonstrates a clear knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards & practices.
- Previous experience chairing a variety of meetings including CAB. You will ensure all points and outcomes are actioned, communicated and documented.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly in a complex Stakeholder environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ITILv3 and ITILv4
- Strong and recent ServiceNow experience is essential to this role.
