This is perm position London but travel required in European countries specially in Germany, Sweden, Denmark.

Job Description

• Overall, 10 - 15 years of Relevant Transition Role specific experience in reputed Organization, with clear understanding on Transition Methodology, Approach, Risk & issues, Customization of Transition solution
• Candidate must have performed the role of Transition Solution Architect during Bid cycle, technically seasoned and expert in designing the Transition solution for various scope such as Application Development, Application Support, Testing, Transition out, Transition As Service (consulting), Role based, Inflight projects, Agile AD projects, Build to Run transition, DevOps model transition
• Candidate must have handled transition scope involving Digital & Analytics, IoT, Cyber Security & GRC, Cloud applications, package solutions, Custom applications, Enterprise solutions
• Candidate must have managed and executed Transition programs of Medium size (300 FTE) to Large size (1000 FTE) deals, worked with Fortune 100 Client
• Candidate must be ready to Travel (domestic & international) across the globe based on the requirements, should have valid Passport.
• Candidate must possess excellent Client management, stakeholder management, program management skill, situation handling, advance presentation skill, handled Senior Management (CEO/CTO/Program sponsor) connect.
• This is an independent contributor role & the candidate must have prior hands-on experience in managing the Transition Solution design, Client Presentation (orals), DD & Transition program execution
• It is must to possess Thought leadership, Innovation skill & Demonstrated expertise in designing future & Next Generation Transition Solutions, ideation & execution of the tool/utilities/product that will help to improve Transition Quality, reduce transition duration, automation of transition task, enhance & improve the end user experience during Transition program.
• Candidate should have handled Integrated Transition deals (Solution and Execution) such as Infra/Application/BPO/KPO etc. and must have managed sizable deals (medium to large).
• Should have handled Transition of various Technologies such as COTs products - SAP, CRM, ERP, Custom built applications - Java, .NET, BI, Data warehouse, Big Data, Legacy technologies, Tableau etc.
• The position is for local hiring from respective countries and in addition to English language, the candidate must be well-versed in other European languages (multi-lingual, Read, Write & Speak) DACH countries (mandatory requirement)
• The candidate must be specialist in Excel & word, PPT, Business presentation preparation, Governance reports, tracking & reporting Program risk etc.
