A highly regarded law firm in Wiltshire wishes to appoint an experienced Private Client Lawyer to handle a varied case load and requires excellent drafting skills and strong technical knowledge.

This regional private practice employs over 40 staff across offices providing legal advice to businesses and individuals based in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Dorset. The firm is fully accredited and has a reputation for support their staff to achieve career ambitions.

The Role
The Private Client Lawyer will advise clients on simple to complex will structures, tax planning, IHT, trusts, estate administration and probate.
Working with minimal supervision and in a team including other fee earners you will be required to develop a case load through new business introductions, strong client management and commercial awareness.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE, preferably, STEP qualified. A proven background in billing consistently whilst managing a private client case load.
