As part of a growth plan, a north Hampshire law firm is seeking a litigation lawyer, to join their litigation department in their office in Hampshire.

The Firm
A traditional high street practice accredited in many areas of law and steeped in history. The practice is Partner led and employs some very experienced lawyers providing legal services to clients including individuals and businesses.

The Role
The litigation team has a strong reputation and punches significantly above its weight for the size of the firm.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious litigator to make their mark. The successful litigation lawyer will handle all aspects of litigation such as debt recovery, contract disputes, construction disputes, family law, consumer disputes and property disputes.

The Candidate
A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum 2 years PQE with experience in contentious matters and attending court, undertaking advocacy and good knowledge of CPR.
The litigation lawyer will have a genuine desire to grow the business through business development opportunities and networking with other professionals and contacts, individually and as part of a team.

Salary dependent upon experience.
