Family Lawyer NQ+ Job - Remote or Bristol office - Flexible and Agile Working
Your new role
Our client are looking for a Family lawyer to join their well-established Family department. Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (Their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)
You'll manage a mixed caseload of family matters, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to complex financial disputes, and will enjoy the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high net worth and complex cases. You will undertake active negotiation and mediation to get the best results for your clients and support more junior members of the team where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified or newly qualified solicitor with experience in family law, ideally with knowledge of divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children law. You should also have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team. Experience of managing cases from start to finish would be ideal, as well as a real passion for developing a career in Family law.
