An experienced CFO is required to join a PE backed manufacturing business based in the Republic of Ireland. You will work with the management team and deliver ebitda growth through increasing top line sales, routes to market and cash optimisation. The PE house are looking to appoint a permanent CFO to support this critical phase with the business and are looking to complete an exit with the next two years.
As an experienced manufacturing CFO you must have worked in a PE backed business before and successfully completed a sale of a PE backed business. Whilst remote working is certainly being embraced within the business you would be expected to be 'onsite' three days of the week. My client is looking for someone who is able to start in Q1 2021. Equity and a full executive package will come with the right salary to fit experience and delivery. This role is based in the Republic of Ireland for three days a week.
