The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within the New Business Development team and will be tasked with seeking out prospective clients and winning new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing an established wide-reaching network of potential clients. Spending approximately 20% of your time out of the office building strong credible relationships with key decision makers.
The Business Development Manager will need to have the ability to be consultative, ensuring that you are able to provide a solution to your clients that truly meets the requirements of the business and the needs of its employees.
You will implement strategies to secure short and long term revenue streams and work collaboratively with Directors and Sales Managers to create opportunities within enterprise and strategic sized clients.
We are looking to speak with self-motivated, proactive people that are ambitious and looking to progress their careers. You will ideally have 3 years commercial, client facing B2B consultative sales experience.
Background:
- 3 years' experience in a client facing B2B sales role
- Commercial sales experience
- Interested in Health and Wellbeing
- Experience of managing the sales the process with HR
