Head of HR - Hampshire - GBP65,000 - GBP75,000.
An exceptional new opportunity has become available for a Head of HR (Human Resources). This new position working as Head of HR, this would suit an inspirational leader with a proactive approach to continuous improvement with a proven track record in developing wellbeing for all staff.
This position is working for a multi award winning business who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. This would be working within a regulated environment; it would be a distinct advantage if the ideal candidate has worked in a similar company previously.
Customer journey and experience is paramount to allow the business to keep growing. It is crucial that all employees continue to feel part of the company culture whilst feeling valued and fully engaged. Contact centre/call centre exposure would be highly advantageous.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Head of HR:
- Managing all aspects of HR function daily which will include recruitment, reward, learning and development, organisational development and change, talent & succession management
- Developing strategies for the department in line with the achievement of business objectives.
- Reviewing and enhancing all company policies and procedures.
- Developing staff wellbeing program and incentives
- Effectively communicating changes ensuring buy in and successful implementation.
- Accountability that the department's KPI's being met in line with company objectives and budgets.
- Reviewing MI and reports generated by direct reports dealing with potential issues as required.
- Dealing with escalations from direct reports in relation to performance, attendance and disciplinary issues as required.
- Continuously review the effectiveness of current processes and procedures implementing improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of all reports for Board of Directors.
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
- Undertaking any ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the Directors.
The ideal candidate will have an obvious track record within a Head of role, working closely with HR teams to evolve and improve. Someone with presence and gravitas yet approachable to all. Exceptional communicator with the ability to drive company strategy and create results whilst executing specific project pieces.
