A global property consultancy is seeking a Mechanical bias Technical Project Manager to join their Workplace Solution division and be seconded into one of their highest profile tech clients, this is a well–known top global company that everyone knows, a fantastic company to be working for.
As the Technical Project / Program Manager you will provide specialist Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services and Digital Building (Controls Systems and Internet of Things (IOT)) design and implementation oversight to a portfolio of nearly 200 client commercial smart properties across the EMEA region.
Seconded to one of the tech giants you will be responsible for being 'the' Technical Project Manager who will interface with regional EMEA project teams to plan, review, critique and carry out due diligence reports on existing Smart Buildings, identifying MEP, BMS, Controls and Digital Building requirements for various Smart Building delivery projects.
KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
??? Bachelor or Masters in Engineering focused degree or equivalent mechanical/electrical qualification
??? A minimum of seven (7) years post training experience, preferably including building
services, building control systems (HVAC, Lighting, metering) and/or design of critical
engineering environments
??? Membership of an Engineering related professional body i.e. CIBSE, IET, iMECHE
??? Adaptable to balance of commercial and technical requirements of task
??? Ability to build close–knit teams across diverse cultures and geographies
??? Multi–disciplined engineering skills
??? Good Management experience in operational and construction environments
??? Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
??? Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ
??? Problem–solving ability
??? Strong verbal/written communication skills
??? Willingness to travel within EMEA for projects
