Communications Project Manager

I am currently looking for a Communications Project Manager to join a Public sector organisation on a contract basis. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the communications activity for a multi-department transformation programme. Please note that this role will be fully remote and will require you to hold SC clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the internal communications strategy and plan
• Manage the delivery of engaging and informative internal communications, across multiple departments
• Ensure that branding and key messages align to the communications framework
• Liaise with various business areas to ensure the communications activity lines up with programme objectives
• Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme

Essential skills:

• SC clearance
• Proven track record of managing and delivering communications projects in the public sector
• Strong change/transformation experience
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and delivery level
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including to a senior level
