Finance Business Partner

A South West NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team on an interim basis.

Role duties will include:

Providing key financial management support;
Supplying budget holders with high quality financial management information and insight to meet the needs of the Trust, enabling it to deliver value for money and achieve its challenging financial targets;
Providing expert financial advice, budget management support, and playing a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's financial plan.
A successful candidate will have:

Previous NHS Finance Business Partner experience;
Senior level post qualification experience;
The ability to interpret and explain complex financial concepts and information to non–financial managers;
An ability to demonstrate initiative;
Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
