Global Head of Talent Acquisition
London, flexible working
Up to GBP100,000 per annum plus package
Network HR have been retained by a leading, high–growth financial services firm to support with the hire of a newly defined, Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly into the Group Head of HR, this role will hold responsibility for the design and delivery of the Global talent attraction, identification, assessment and integration strategy.
Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to;
• Drive strategy, procedures, planning and processes across all areas of talent acquisition
• Collaborate and foster relationships with global stakeholders across the SLT
• Push forward the talent acquisition agenda in partnership with business unit / functional leaders with the overarching aim to build a high–performing workforce, engaging candidate experience and enable key business areas to achieve objectives
• Build, lead and manage a small team of operational recruiters
• Identify, prioritise and lead initiatives to ensure that the business offers a premier candidate experience
• Instil a culture of data–driven, outcome focussed solutions using a variety of HRMI and IS interventions
• Successfully manage third party relationships in order to maximise value and harness market intelligence
The successful candidate will hold the below experience and knowledge;
• Highly commercial leader with a demonstrable track record of successful talent acquisition interventions within the globally competitive tech / digital markets
• An expert communicator and stakeholder manager
• Creative and solutions driven – a willingness to take calculated risks is desirable
• Data and systems savvy
This opportunity would best suit a credible, sharp minded Head of Talent Acquisition who is a real 'big picture thinker', has a hands–on operational attitude partnered with an ability to project and programme manage in order to meet deadlines and deliver on key milestones.
