Junior Business Analyst Project Support
Integration & Transformation Projects
12 month fixed term contract
cGBP30k + benefits
Home based, travel required to London, West Midlands and elsewhere as necessary
The Employer
An established management consultancy providing services and software to the property sector, specialising in risk management Software as a Service (SaaS) and broad–based consultancy services. Expanding strongly through sustained organic growth and acquisitions they are looking for a Business Analyst (Project Manager) to support the Integration & Transformation Director on major change projects.
The Role
Working alongside key stakeholders in all business areas, supporting the Director in monitoring progress and planning actions to ensure projects are achieved as planned
Key Tasks
??Supporting Integration and Transformation activity across the business
* Create and agree actions required to progress projects and initiatives
* Implement reporting processes for agreed business objectives and KPI's.
* Create and maintain risks, issues, actions and decision logs.
* Keep the business up to date with regular communications; monthly tracking and reporting on projects and initiatives as appropriate.
Personal attributes
??Positive "can do" attitude, self–motivated and with a pro–active approach to problem solving,
??Capable of working well under pressure, to think clearly and to act decisively.
??Exceptional attention to detail; able to self–check own work
??Excellent communication skills, able to support and influence at all level
??Self–motivated, highly organised, able to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines to meet business critical timeframes
Essential criteria
* Qualified to Degree or Diploma level or equivalent experience.
* Minimum two – three years' post graduate experience in a commercial business environment
* knowledge and experience of the project management lifecycle.
??Excellent IT skills, expert in Excel and competent across the full suite of Microsoft Office products
