Our digital–first strategy through 2020 has seen us deliver outstanding market–leading services for our H.Samuel and Ernest Jones customers online and proactively invest in driving brand visibility to strengthen store footfall across the UK. We're now looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to join us on a temporary maternity leave contract to further develop and implement our integrated digital marketing strategy for H.Samuel and Ernest Jones which further drives brand visibility, traffic and revenue across all channels and delivers maximum return on investment.
As Head of Digital Marketing you'll lead a team of 3 (SEO Manager, Digital Performance Marketing Executive and Paid Social Executive) and work with our agency partners to further drive our omnichannel growth by working closely with our marketing team to ensure all cross channel marketing activity is joined up and on brand. You'll work closely with our Trading, UX, IT and Digital Product teams to develop and deliver the strategic roadmap.
Suitable applicants will be experienced in the following:
Proven track record of setting and delivering strategic digital acquisition and awareness strategies for retail brands
Highly commercial, analytical and results–driven operating style
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver with limited resources
Proven ability to manage paid media budgets and manage digital marketing agencies.
Proven ability to influence change within corporate environments
Proven ability to prepare, understand, present and manage financial data
Experience of leading and motivating a team
