Our client is a Global E-Commerce Business who has a newly created role for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their team and support the business heads. The role will report into the Head of Commercial Finance and you will join a team in real growth mode, as the business heavily invests in new acquisitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to lead a team, whilst business partnering the senior stakeholder and adding value for day one.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for all commercial finance matters for CFO, COO and CEO, and divisional finance heads
  • Lead on the commercial analysis of actual results (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow), forecasts and budgets
  • Presentation and communication of results and analysis in a concise and coherent level at Board level
  • Lead on the Group Risk Reporting process, identify and analyse key risks within the Group and present results to the senior stakeholders
  • Partner with senior finance heads across the Group, assisting them with any commercial finance queries and driving them to provide highly effective analysis of their results
  • Drive completion of annual 5 Year Plan in conjunction with local divisions and M&A and Strategy departments and present proposals to CEO and CFO
  • Efficient synthesis of financial data to identify key risks, opportunities and trends to assist senior management decision-making improvement opportunities and develop the recommendations
  • Implement new processes and controls for all new business acquisitions


You will be a qualified accountant and have the tenacity to challenge senior stakeholders and drive process improvements. Our client is looking for exceptional candidates to work in this newly created role, with team management experience and a can-do attitude.
