Your Future Role???
An exciting opportunity has become available for a current Head of Health and Safety or a someone itching to take the next step up, to oversee the whole H&S department with a successful main contractor. This role is working across the new build and refurbishment projects, currently they have 30 live schemes so your role will be to manage 3 health and safety advisors and those projects from head office in North London. The business is currently going through some positive changes and are seeking someone with an innovative mindset, able to change technology process's, bring some new ideas to the table and manage the Health and Safety in their own way as well as growing the department over time.

The company is a very successful main contractor specialising in the social housing sector. They have three divisions; new build, maintenance and refurbishment. It is a family run company with a strong turnover and even stronger profit with project sizes ranging from GBP10m–GBP70m with quality being key. The company has grown from a few employees to over 400 today and are looking to expand year on year. They really look after their staff and many employees have been there for numerous years, describing it as a great place to work.
About You???
??You must come from a construction background (client, contractor, developer or housing association)
??Chartered or in this process of getting chartered
??Innovative personality
??Driven
??Previous experience managing others
??On site experience desirable
??Right attitude when it comes to Health & Safety!
What You Can Expect???
A base salary of GBP65,000–GBP80,000 depending on experience plus car allowance, pension, healthcare and discretionary bonus.
