PS Resourcing is supporting an award winning M&A Advisory house with the appointment of a Corporate Finance Assistant Director / Director in Leeds.
The team carries out M&A and capital raising transactions typically in the £100 million to £400 million value range on behalf of private equity funds, corporates and entrepreneurs.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of client engagements, conducting disposal processes, project managing transactions to completion whilst leading business development and origination initiatives in the region.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years M&A Advisory experience gained in either an accountancy firm, investment bank or a leading boutique, possess first class client handling and project management skills. Regional mid market deal experience is desirable however experienced candidates looking to relocate or those currently in industry but looking to return to the advisory sector are also encouraged to apply.
