My client is a leading construction main contractor with a culture for ambitious, hardworking and results driven individuals.
They are a Tier 2 contractor looking to push on and diversify as they continue to grow.
The current requirement is for a Commercial Director to work in the North, close to the Yorkshire area with a background working with ideally a Tier 1 Construction contractor with experience in residential, hotels and commercial projects up to around GBP100M.
They seek a strong leader who is looking to make an impact and who can be independent in their role, making their own decisions and supporting the Managing Director.
Projects will be new build projects up to around GBP150M and this will be a regional role.
