The Company
Our client is a well–established UK based manufacturing company with worldwide presence
Main duties
To drive export business development for existing and new products in Europe reporting to the European General Manager
The Role
– To develop existing distribution partners and customers, generate sales and ensure annual growth
– To identify and open new business opportunities
– To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors
– To establish local sales strategy in the territory
– To be responsible of full sales budget
– To work closely with the marketing team
– To develop annual business plans with distributor network and implement product training
– To travel extensively across Europe
The Candidate
– Fluent in English and another European language such as French, German, Italian or Spanish
– Previous consultative sales experience within Europe is essential
– Previous experience managing international distributor networks
– Business acumen with proven ability to manage a territory budget, sales and profitability
– Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
– Strong analytical skills and strategic awareness
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Advanced computer skills (including Excel)
The Salary: circa GBP40,000 pa basic + bonus + car
