A large healthcare organisation is looking to appoint an experienced senior nursing professional to assist on the Covid Mass Vaccination Programme within the locality.
Main Responsibilities:
Be a highly visible, proactive and accessible leader, acting as a clinical resource and ensuring the sustained delivery of high standards of nursing care and service delivery, to nursing staff, patients and the public;
Provide clear and consistent professional leadership to all staff within the programme – advising, supporting and influencing leadership and development;
To lead on clinical standards and their delivery for the programme, bringing together all component parts to ensure patient experience and clinical outcomes are at the forefront of the programme;
To implement systems across the programme which facilitate the increased clinical profile and contribution to the quality and outcome based care;
A successful candidate will have:
Must be a registered nurse, with current NMC registration;
Significant management experience, including experience in an acute NHS organisation environment;
Evidence of working effectively with clinicians and the multidisciplinary team;
A track record of managing innovation and service improvement.
