A market leading international law firm is looking to hire a commercial property solicitor on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be based in the 35+ strong team in Milton Keynes but will work remotely so they can be flexible on your location, the role will liaise closely with the partners in Milton Keynes and London on work for some of the biggest names in the retail, office, automotive and industrial sectors.
The ideal commercial property solicitor with 5 years PQE+ will have solid experience of development and infrastructure work, as well as experience in acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and portfolio management.
The role will see you act for market leading clients on major projects in the UK and Europe with secondments to both clients and other offices overseas available to lawyer interested in this.
You should have a strong technical background which you will have gained from a leading London or top tier regional practice and the firm can offer a leading regional salary with agile working available to all staff.
