Communicate are currently assisting a c. £250m turnover pharmaceutical business in their search for a Finance Director. Having recently gone through multiple acquisitions, this London based business is looking to get these fully implemented by bringing on an excellent Finance Director, who can employ best in class processes and controls to mature the finance operations.
Reporting directly into a dynamic CEO, the successful candidate will be given autonomy to drive change, directly impacting the business. Taking ownership of the finance function, they will manage a team of c.8, although the ambitions are to grow out the team.
This role will suit a driven candidate, who has the knowledge and capabilities to steer the business into their next stage of growth.
Qualifications/ Experience required:

- ACA/ CIMA Qualified
- Background spent within high growth environments
- Significant PQE in the pharmaceutical background
- Previous experience of integrating business units
- First class management and stakeholder engagement skills
