HEAD OF BUSINESS SUPPORT – SCOTLAND

The Bauer Media Scotland commercial team operate across Scotland with teams in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Ayrshire and The Borders working with a wide range of local businesses. The Business Support team aims to provide vital support services in order to maximise performance and help deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Reporting to Regional Commercial Director Scotland

The focus of the role is to manage your team of 3 and play a leading, active role in the Business Support team for Bauer Media Scotland as Head of Business Support.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Support team and mentor/ manage team performance
• Build, update and maintain client database and process
• Update revenue bookings and reports
• Prepare sales presentations (Powerpoint/Reports)
• Plan client campaigns
• Manage and monitor inventory, liaising with scheduling team
• Assist with credit control
• Deal with client queries
• Process sales leads
