Permanent Project Manager– Industrial / Distribution
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager. My client, a multi award winning Main Contractor with a fantastic reputation with a GBP350 million turnover; are looking to appoint a Project Manager on a GBP10m new build steel framed warehouse project.
Skills & Experience
You will be responsible for the successful completion of the project – taking from design through delivery and then to handover where you will have the full support of the business including the directors, surveyors the site team.

You will have full control of the project including the allocation and building of your site team.
Requirements
* Must have experience of delivering projects with a value of GBP10m plus as the number 1 PM
* Must have experience in the industrial or logistics building sector delivering large steel framed buildings
* Must be able to commute daily to Stoke–on–Trent for the project
