We are excited to be working to introduce a highly motivated and talented HR Business Partner to our client. This exciting fixed term contract position will offer you an opportunity to drive real change, impact an organisation positively and really make a difference. This position is full time, initially you will work from home, from February there is a hope that the position will involve 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. You will join a talented team of senior HR professionals and enjoy a very generous benefits package offering a considerable annual leave entitlement, very impressive pension scheme and more.
As the HR Business Partner you will work on strategic and operational HR activity within a highly unionised environment. This role offers variety and challenge, project work and the opportunity to partner with Senior Managers and Directors throughout your division of the business. You will enjoy a very varied role, partnering and influencing senior leaders, managing complex casework and driving key HR projects that will transform the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. This role would be ideal for a candidate who has a track record of success within a change environment.
As this position is a 12 month FTC position, to be considered for this role it is essential that you are available on either an immediate basis or have a notice period of no more that 1 month.
