We are excited to have been exclusively retained on this Head of Customer Service position with one of our longest standing clients, who are looking for someone to build their own Customer Service Team!
Our client is a very well established House Builder with a reputation of delivering the highest quality homes, whether it be Houses or Apartments and they are looking for someone with the same exceptionally high Customer Service standard. This is a company that will spend more money than most to ensure the wow factor is delivered from the moment customers arrive.
Due to the growth of this division, the client is looking for someone who can build their own team, develop a succession plan and bring in new ideas on how to best serve the customer. The challenge is having the balance of having the customer at heart but with the commercial mind towards the company, getting the construction department on board and delivering 'only the best'.
Due to the size of the business and the task in hand, the client is keen to speak with Head of Customer Service professionals or higher. They are encouraging reviewing people from both in and out of the Construction industry.
Head of Customer Service key responsibilities include:
Establish new teams and ways of working
Manage the regional Customer Service Administration Team on a day–to–day basis, delivering excellent customer service and continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Ensure that the Customer Service Administration Team consistently provides a professional, positive and enthusiastic service to our customers
Ensure that the Customer Service Administration Team is always adequately resourced. Help recruit the right people to the role of customer service administrator to deliver excellent service to our customers in accordance with our company policies and procedures
Inspirationally lead the customer service administration team to achieve best performance and exceed our customer expectations. Motivate, develop and communicate with the customer service administration team. Regularly appraise performance. Ensure that poor performance is not tolerated and is remedied through support, training or disciplinary action as appropriate
Use of customer data to drive improvements
Management of a Customer Care budget
Work closely with Delivery Quality team to ensure timely resolution of defects
If you are a Head of Customer Service or above, this will be a very challenging, exciting and rewarding position that will allow you to use all your skills and autonomy to develop a department that you want.
We are receiving a high number of applications and endeavour to reply to as many as possible. However, if you do not head back from us in 3 weeks from you application, you have unfortunately been unsuccessful
